What’s your ‘starter’ for the day? Yoga? Jogging? Gymming? Or anything else?
Whatever it is – you surely know how important it is to have a perfect ‘starter’ for the day. Because how you start your day has a huge impact on both your mental and physical health.
That’s why it’s often recommended to start your day with anything that calms your mind and energises your body. For me, it is badminton. It’s not just a sport for me but the second love of my life.

“Sweating with a happy heart.”
This lovely affair started in my 30s when I was a clinical practitioner and pursuing further education. Now, in my 40s when most things have changed around me, my love for badminton has just plunged high over time.
Badminton is a fun and active sport that boosts muscle strength, improves heart function, reduces stress, enhances flexibility, increases metabolism, strengthens bones, fosters mental agility and improves reflex action and overall health.
Apart from them, badminton helps me keep connected with my medical fraternities and nurture our relationship.
